InnovatorsLab: Gen Z’s Game-Based Peacebuilding is an Erasmus+ (KA220-YOU) cooperation project bringing together organisations from Georgia, Armenia, Bulgaria, Romania and Turkey. It uses games and non-formal education to help young people and youth workers explore empathy, dialogue, cooperation and peaceful ways to resolve conflict.

Through educational escape rooms, Peace and Empathy Cards, and interactive activities, participants learn by doing and reflect on how their choices affect others. The project develops practical resources for youth work, including a five-module online course, a modular set of activities and a multilingual guidebook on using escape rooms for peacebuilding.

As a project partner, Youth for Peace and Equality (YPE) supports local learning, testing and dissemination in Georgia. Job-shadowing activities and GenZPeaceLabs give young people and youth workers opportunities to try the methods, exchange ideas and improve them through practice.

Our aim is to make peacebuilding engaging and accessible, while strengthening communication, teamwork and young people’s participation in their communities.
